Pam's Bio:

Pam Brodersen is a digital artist whose process goes far beyond the taking of
a digital photograph. A stylus on a pressure sensitive tablet becomes her brush
and allows her to hand work her images. Computer software becomes a digital
darkroom. With a mastery of these tools and technology there is no restriction
to creativity. These tools do not do not make the art. It is the artist, exploring
and experimenting who creates the work.
Pam is a full time resident of Sanibel, who draws on her experience as a
commercial photographic illustrator. In her Chicago studio she worked on
national advertising campaigns for client such as Kelloggs, United Airlines,
MacDonalds, Pillsbury, Disney. Her work won both national and local Gold
Addys.
In Southwest Florida she has found a community that is passionate about the
arts. This has become an important inspiration to her work. She has donated
her artwork and talents to support her community.
Pam studied art in Florence, Italy and holds a BFA from Syracuse University.
