All will be reviewed by the Symposium and Exhibition Director Cheryl Eggleston and Treasurer Clare Radigan. You will only be contacted if your art does not meet the prospectus requirements or payment has somehow failed to show in Paypal. You should get an emailed receipt notification from Paypal just after you submit too so keep that handy. If an issue is determined before the final deadline, we will try to provide you time to correct the issue – however it is your responsibility to have things correct not the S&E Director, so please double check the prospectus. Contact the S&E Director if you have concerns. Put “FLAG EX 2024” in the email subject line.
