HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS   

The board voted the Hyatt as the best option for our overnight members.  These are large rooms with an extra sleeping area and up to four (4) adults may occupy a room at no additional charge.  Rooms are $159 per night plus taxes and fees As noted in the information below, the Hyatt will honor their group rate for an extended period before and after the FLAG event. ROOM INFORMATION

Check-In time of 3:00PM or later. Anyone arriving prior to 3:00PM will be accommodated as soon as possible but should be advised that there may be a wait. Check-Out time is at 12:00PM. Arrangements can be made for baggage storage with our front desk staff.

You will have space to stretch out in the 160 rooms at Hyatt Place Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center, which each feature a minifridge, Hyatt Grand Bed™ and a Cozy Corner with sofa-sleeper to lounge on. Unwind and relax in our outdoor pool or in our 24-hour fitness center.

CANCELLATION

Individual cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations not cancelled within the allotted time will be charged one (1) night’s room and tax penalty. Any no shows will be charged one (1) night’s room and tax penalty.

CUT-OFF DATE The “Cut-Off Date” is Wednesday, May 22, 2024  After the Cut-Off Date, all rooms within the Group’s contracted Guest Room Block that have not been reserved will be returned to the Hotel’s general inventory. Reservation requests for rooms within the Guest Room Block received after the Cut-Off Date will be based on availability at Hotel’s prevailing rates. Only actual reservations for Event attendees will be considered valid room reservations. After the Cut-Off Date, cancelled guest rooms will be returned to Hotel’s inventory. Name changes on, or other transfers of, room reservations will not be accepted after the Cut-Off Date.

RESERVATION METHOD

Reservations will be made by individuals before Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates and will be credited to the Group’s Guest Room Block

GUARANTEED INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by the above method. Upon arrival, guests will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card with photo ID for all guest room charges. In addition, an additional hold of $25.00 per night will be authorized for incidental charges during the guest stay. If no incidental charges are posted during the stay, the incidental hold will be released upon check-out. Individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO SMOKING / NO NOISE / NO PARTY POLICY

The comfort and well-being of our guests is our #1 priority, because of this, we have a strict, no exceptions ‘No Smoking/No Noise/Party Policy.’

  • This is a SMOKE-FREE hotel. A $250 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.
  • Maximum number of guests allowed in a King is (4), Double Queen is (6) If the occupancy numbers are exceeded, there will be a fee of $50 per person and individual(s) may be asked to leave. 3. No parties are allowed in the guest rooms at any time. More than the allowed occupancy in a room is defined as a party. Authorities will be called, and occupants will be evicted from the hotel. Criminal charges could be applicable.
  • Pool parties are not permitted at any time.
  • All noise complaints which resulted in compensation to guests disturbed will be charged to the guest room whose noise caused the complaint. This is inclusive of all group reservations.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL POLICY

No outside alcohol is allowed in the public spaces of the hotel, guests will be given one warning to discard or take back to their room, any additional violations of this policy will lead to eviction from the property.
